How to create your skincare routine 

Once you've determined your skin type, you can start formulating your daily skincare routine and identifying your individual requirements. Three simple steps could be all that is involved in a routine: washing, treating, and repeating. Furthermore, you may improve the health and appearance of your skin by using sunscreen during the day and treating yourself to an occasional mask treatment or exfoliation.

Cleansing your face

Using a mild cleanser tailored to your skin type at the beginning of the day is helpful in eliminating any buildup of debris, germs, oil, and other substances that may have accumulated overnight. If you wear sunscreen or makeup during the day, you should cleanse your skin twice before bed. How to treat your skin

Don't forget to apply these treatments in the consistency range of thinnest to thickest. Long-term improvements in skin health and appearance can result from regular skin care. You may have smoother, clearer, and younger-looking skin as you age by starting healthy habits early and sticking with them.

Sun protection 

Apply sunscreen - even in the winter or on overcast days. Sunscreen shields your skin from UV radiation, which can cause skin cancer, sunburns, and early signs of aging due to cell damage. Apply a liberal amount of broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) to your face and any exposed skin at least 15 minutes before going outside. Every two hours or right away after swimming or perspiring, reapply. Always remember to wear sunscreen whenever you can.

Optional tips 

Two to three times a week exfoliation can be incorporated into your routine to help encourage cell turnover and get rid of dead skin cells. Depending on how sensitive your skin is, choose between physical and chemical exfoliants, such as scrubs or cleansing brushes, or AHAs and BHAs. Additionally, give yourself weekly or biweekly mask treatments that address issues like detoxification, brightening, or hydration.
